ANYTIME ANYONE DIES IT HURTS THE SAME

It's a shame what happened to Jennifer Hudson's mother brother and nephew over the weekend and our prayers and thoughts go out to her and her family but during this incident it made me question our state of mind regarding celebrities. Is it not a tragedy anytime any ones mother or family member dies or gets killed? Do the families of people that are not related to celebrities hurt any less? I am not trying to take anything away from Jennifer Hudson's family at all but in the grand scheme of things isn't my family just as important in my eyes as hers is in her eyes? Does she value her family more than, let's say Lisa Sanders?? But because she is a celebrity I feel like we make it seem worse or our hearts go out a lil bit more b/c she is who she is. The bottom line is somebody died and we should give those same condolences to Lisa Sanders family as we do to our black celebrities.

I feel you. It's not fair that in this world ppl lift celebrities so far up above the "common folk". But they reach a far greater scale of people than the average person ever could. Let's just hope that what happened with J Hud's family opens up the eyes of those who don't know about the types of things others are facing. The Chi is the murder capital of the US now! What has gone so wrong that more people are running to guns now? What happened to a good ol'
fight? What happened to dealing with things rational? What happened to just killing yo self and thas it? Ok, I was joking with the last one because I wish that no one would ever hurt so bad to committ suicide. But anyway, this murdering b*llsh*t needs to cease!
