A 13-year-old girl's sexual foolishness has reciently put a second man behind bars. Morris Williams, 22, told the judge he thought the girl, Alisha Dean was 18-years-old, but he found out Tuesday that ignorance is not a defense. Dean has done it before with 24-year-old Darwin Mills. Mills was sentenced to five years in prison. What do you guys think about this? Alisha is the one lying to these men, shouldn't she get some kind of punishment? Do these two men, whose lives are now fd up, even deserve jail time?

Hell nah they don't deserve jail time!!! Lil' girls have been lying and dating older men since the beginning of time...This is the second person she did this to, when is she gonna be punished for her actions...
This little girl needs to be punished for her actions and she better stop because she may mess up the wrong person's life and they may do something harmful to her.
Here's the thing... girls have been lying about their age since the beginning on time and we all know 14 years olds who look 30 BUT, there is no way that someone who's been on the earth 13 years has as much wisdom as someone who's been here 22 or 24 years.
Be careful out there fellas. Date older women. If someone doesn't have their own place, they might be underaged. If you've never seen this person drive a car or go to a job, they MIGHT be underaged.
I don't think this CHILD should be punished, but her mom (and father is she has one) needs to be pimp slapped. WTF!
In all states the legal age for a person to consent to sexual acts ranges from 16-18. A grown azz 22 yr old man should be beat down for gettin at a 16 yr old...let-alone a 13 yr old! Furthermore in some states (ex. Ga) there are laws in place to punish the minor for deception! HOWEVER ....."soliciting a minor" is a FEDERAL (not state) OFFENSE! A man is resposible for doing homework before backwork...

I'm going to have to disagree with you all about a 13 year old being responsible for anything.
If this was your 13-year old sister, would you want her to go to jail?
If this was your 13-year old daughter would you hold her responsible or blame the thirsty 22 and 24 years olds who were silly enough to think this girl was 18. If I knew a 24 year old having sex with an 18 year old, I'd clown him too. That's what these goofies get.

MY 2 yr old daughter is a model NOW so chances are she's gonna be "hell to tell" in her teenage years! I raise my young hella-thorough so if she wanna act brand new at 13 *yes* her azz can go to jail for that mess! why? because i also have a son and would wanna whoop butt if some trife fake i.d. havn hooch tried to get over on him!
T, I agree with you for the most part. I blame her parents. And that guy most be pretty dim to think that a 13 yr old is on the mental level of a 22 yr old. Anyway, the girl should receive some type of punishment to show her right from wrong since her parents never did! It was wrong for her to lie. The rule is if you have to lie, you shouldn't be doing it in the first place (at least that is what my mom told me!)

I guess I'm just mad at society right now. HOW in the world can a 13-year old be a hooch? She is a misguided CHILD who might not even have her period yet, let alone understand what's she's doing or why she's doing it (or the ramifications of it).
If this was a 13 year old boy having sex with 22 and 24 year old women people would be giving him props for scoring an older woman, but somebody's 13 year old baby with breasts is a hooch?

T, I don't understand why she can't be a hooch! I mean I've seen girls like that all the time growing up. Kids in the 8th grade fn in the bathroom 6th grade abortions, and crazy mess like that! They want to act older and do grown people things, when they know it's wrong. And then they really have to do adult things when they get knocked up!! Kids these days know what they're doing, and they don't even care!! They figure since their parents are not at home for whatever reason, they can do whatever they want.

I think many of you all are correct! Parents need to put the fear of GOD in their kids, and give them explanations as to why they shouldn't do certain things as well as their consequences...

There are really no sides on this one. You basically have a young kat, trying to get some easy who could probably care less about the girl's name let alone how old she is and a young girl craving for attention in all the wrong places and ruining live in the process. They both were wrong, Period. I definitely don't think the guy should go to jail, especially if the sex was consenual and giving the fact that she has pulled this before. But sh_t, it probably would have been wise for him to get some kind of identity on this chick before he got between her legs. Like somebody was saying before the maturity of a 13 year old compared to say a 24 year old should be pretty distinguishable. So did just not care? Where do you draw the line on blaming one or the other. They are both obviously products of their environment. Neither should probably be punished, but what is going to be done to make sure this doesn't happen again. Probably nothing.

I'm loving the dialogue. I think I'm going to end saying that you won't ever find me calling a 13 year old a hooch. Just like I wouldn't call a 2 year old lame. A two year old isn't old enough to be cool or lame and a 13 year old isn't old enough to be a hooch.

Honestly, any reason they find to lock up a brother is good enough. look at the dude who was 18 having sex with a girl who was sixteen and they locked that dude up. its not about ID, its about IB(im black). now think if it was a some upper crust fellow from winchestertonsonfieldville. would that dude even have had to plead a case to anyone on the matter after he said he didnt know?
